Thank you Virginia Association of Independent Schools!

It was a pleasure to speak at today's Annual Conference on "Navigating Difficult Conversations."

The room was packed, and there were great questions.

I love it when educators come together to learn and grow.

Bonus: I had the chance to meet many of the VAIS Better than a Book Club: Division Directors Cohort members in person!

What a great way to end the week.
