Growth over looking good

The leaders I work with are not the ones who think they have it all figured out.

They're the ones willing to sit in a room and say

"I'm not sure I'm doing this well."

Or

"I need help with this."

That takes more nerve than most people give it credit for.

They are willing to admit they don't have the answers, to someone whose job is to notice, when the whole world expects you to be the one with answers.
