Thank you Advent Episcopal School

Last April, I met a number of the leaders from Advent Episcopal School at the SAIS Women's Leadership Institute.

So it was a joy to work with them again this week, this time alongside the rest of the school's team.

We spent our time together (virtually, though you'd never know it from the energy) digging into CliftonStrengths.

What makes each person tick.
And what makes this group so much stronger when those strengths come together.

Curiosity.
Honesty.
And a willingness to see each other more clearly.

Plus a lot of laughter.

A huge thank you to Claire Vaughn and Christie Janey for bringing me in.
And to the whole team for showing up so fully.
