You can take a vacation.

You can take time off.

Put on the auto-responder.

Decline the meeting.

Tell folks you can connect when you return.

You can’t lead if your battery is on empty.

Plus your team needs you to take time off so they know it is okay to do the same.

Let’s quit normalizing hustle culture.

And become better leaders as a result.
