It’s time to check in on your goals.

It’s hard to believe we’re already at the halfway mark of 2025.

July is a natural time to pause. The inbox is quieter. There’s room to think. I’ve been using this moment with many of my clients to zoom out and ask:

Where are you with your goals?

Sometimes we realize we’ve drifted from what matters most. Other times, we see how much we've actually accomplished and feel more energized to keep going. And sometimes, our goals need adjusting because the context has changed. Or we’ve changed.

One of the most powerful leadership practices is pausing to recalibrate your goals, intentionally. That’s how goals become more than ideas. They become action.

Best,
Susanne

Goals aren’t meant to sit on a shelf. They’re meant to guide your choices and keep you focused on what matters most.

I deeply believe in the power of self-reflection. And this point in the year is the perfect time to pause and recalibrate. Self-reflection doesn’t have to be complicated. It also doesn’t need to take a lot of time. I’ve put together a short, focused exercise to help you:

  • Revisit what you set out to accomplish this year

  • Take honest stock of what’s working (and what’s not)

  • Decide where to put your focus next

It’s thoughtfully designed to move you out of autopilot and into intentional action for the second half of the year.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, scattered, or unsure what deserves your attention right now, this is for you.
