Leading with Intention

Leadership is not meant to feel like a sprint you never signed up for.

Yet, so many leaders tell me they’re moving at a relentless pace. They’re making decisions in reaction rather than intention, and feeling disconnected from the bigger vision they’re meant to shape. The weight of constant emails, back-to-back meetings, and urgent priorities can make even the most capable leaders feel off-balance, reactive, and stretched too thin.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

True leadership emerges when you create space to think deeply, lead strategically, and trust yourself fully. It’s not about doing more. It’s about making each decision, each action, and each interaction count. This is true for you. And it’s also true for your team. I wonder:

When was the last time you truly paused to lead with intention rather than reaction?

Because at your level, leadership is less about keeping up and more about setting the pace, defining the direction, and ensuring every move you make drives the vision forward.

Best,
Susanne
